12.15 Sitting Circle Introduction to anatomy based yoga and how to take yoga off the mat.
13.15 Afternoon yoga session and closing meditation
14.15 Homemade yogi tea and cosy Q&A sitting circle.

Vic is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and a practicing yogi of 10 years.
Her teaching style is attentive, open-minded and integrative.
She integrates studies of traditional yoga with mindful movement, taking into account each and everyones unique anatomy. Inviting a deeper connection to the breath, listening to our bodies with kindness and grounding ourselves in a nurturing practice.
